Shipping Times 

• Orders shipped within New Zealand are overnight so should arrive next working day. If not it it will 2-4 days if there's delays. Rural is up to 5 working days. 
• Orders shipped internationally will arrive between 7-and up to 30+ working days depending on shipping method selected at checkout and delays due to unforeseen circumstances and work load.

Please note there may be unforeseen shipping delays due to COVID-19 and seasonal holidays. These are out of my control so please be patient with the postal service.

Returned Postage Items

If your parcel is marked as unclaimed after unsuccessful delivery attempts/failure to collect from a Post Shop location and returned to sender Kayal, you may be eligible for a refund of your purchased items ONLY. Postage will NOT be refunded.
